Tana Drilling and Industries PLC (TDI) is a family-owned Ethiopian company established in 2004, specializing in deep well drilling and HDPE/uPVC pipe manufacturing with significant production capacity.
TDI started in 2004 focusing on deep well drilling for rural and municipal water projects, drilling over 500 wells in Ethiopia.
It expanded into HDPE and uPVC pipe manufacturing with two modern plants in Akaki/Kality (established in 2015) to meet rising demand, leveraging German and Italian manufacturing equipment and high-quality resins.
